Danny Archer

Danny Archer's lecture - not a dealer demo, all the effects are fully explained with no need to buy any special props.  Danny has lectured and performed in 46 of the 50 States. Worldwide in Canada, Scotland, Wales, England, New Zealand, Australia, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Denmark, Sweden, Luxemburg, Israel, Italy, Spain and France, Maylasia, Singapore and Hong Kong.

He has performed at conventions like the IBM national, the British IBM national, LVMI, Hank Lee's Cape Cod Conclave, A1 Convention at the Capital, Magi-Fest, Iowa State convention, LA State convention, FFFF, Houdini Convention, SCAM, Rocky Mountain Magic, NYCAN, Sydney Superday of Magic, MINDvention, PCAM, Winter Carnival,  TAOM, the Scottish National convention and the Tannen's Jubilee.

His lecture is filled with solid, audience tested effects that can be learned and performed by anyone.  You will see and learn original magic with cards, coins, silks, business cards and more.  There is close-up, parlour and stage effects … there is sleight of hand, self-working, mentalism and comedy magic … no pipe dreams … all with the Archer Touch.

Brian Brushwood

From colleges to corporations, Brian has now become one of the most in-demand and original performers today. He has been sought after by national TV shows such as “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno,” praised by colleagues such as Teller (of magicians Penn and Teller), and critics call his show “exciting,” “unique,” and “flawless.”

Brian is the author of The Professional’s Guide to Fire Eating; Pack the House; and Cheats, Cons, Swindles, and Tricks. He has appeared on dozens of television and radio broadcasts, including “The Tonight Show,” and programs on ABC, NBC, FOX, the BBC, E! and more.

Brian also tours heavily, appearing at colleges, clubs, and on television in almost every state in the U.S. When not performing, Brian lectures, writes, and barefoot waterskis in Austin, Texas.

"The Voodoo Revue Crew"

Terry DaVolt, Rod Sipe and Matt Gurley combine their talents to bring to Des Moines their world renowned, "Voodoo Revue."   Professor T, Dr. Dumpe, and Mad Matt are pleased to present their lecture "Old School Sideshow Graduates to New Age Acts of Amazements!" Come find out the history, the secrets, as well as the stories of the "Voodoo Revue" and tales of touring from Fringe Festival sellouts to the country music tour, Brooks & Dunn's Neon Circus and Wild West Show.  Whether it's eating light bulbs and drinking windex, walking on broken glass and lying on a bed of nails, or driving spikes into the center of their skulls, The Voodoo Revue will have you on the edge of your seats, cringing with delight and thrilled with amazement!

A lecture not to be missed and never to be forgotten!
